We worked with GNL, a government-run lottery designed for Georgian citizens, many of whom have limited experience with digital platforms. Our primary task was to enhance their digital marketing efforts, focusing on driving higher sales and changing customer behavior.
GNL’s main challenge was not only increasing lottery sales but also making their website more user-friendly for individuals who were not accustomed to online transactions. To address this, we aimed to create an easier and more intuitive website flow that would encourage users to engage with the platform more frequently.
Our goal was to cultivate a habit of daily participation, making the lottery experience seamless and convenient for their audience, and to bridge the gap between the company and its less internet-savvy customers through targeted marketing strategies, ultimately increasing both user engagement and overall sales.
